i found the staff consistently helpful. the restaurants presented food with great quality. i also observed the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. the aesthetics throughout were very beautiful making it an really good experience. i appreciated the tidy environment.
i found some staff to be rather aggressive. this behavior seemed misaligned with basic service standards. their approach made me doubt their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

The BREAKFAST buffet offered a variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym. It had everything i needed. we loved the pool, but the view was AMAZING!

the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the metro and key attractions! the staff arranged a smooth airport transfer with a baby seat included, a detail i appreciated. the room had several multi-wall sockets.
The room service was quite slow. I requested my laundry and wifi assistance, and it took a very long time for the network engineer to arrive.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. My Beautiful King Room also had a very spacious layout. I thought the hotel's location was conveniently central for walking to many places.
The glass exterior of the building looked dusty upon arrival, which impacted the initial impression.
